The CB20 Mixed use building is an adaptive reuse project located on the north side Camelback at 20th Street. The two-story, 12,100 square-foot building will be transitioned into a creative office and retail destination by Brick & West Design and Wetta Ventures. As an adaptive reuse project, efforts will focus on restoring the building to its original1960’s design.

Renovations are scheduled to begin in September allowing for new tenants to occupy this space early 2016.
