UPDATE: 2022-03-09: As has been our position from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic the health and well-being of our team, clients, and consultants continue to be of paramount importance to us. Please be assured that it is our intent to limit any interruptions to Brick & West projects that are currently in design, production, or in for plan approval. Our team of talented individuals remain committed to meeting your timelines and ensuring the continuity of work through this uncertain time.
We are continuing to limit or in most cases eliminate any non-essential face-to-face interaction. Our ability and proficiency to work remotely via platforms we have fully integrated into our daily workflow have enabled us to continue to work seamlessly throughout the pandemic and may clearly be a more effective way to collaborate and deliver value to our clients in the future.
As we have continued to rigorously evaluate and refine our remote working capabilities during the year we have demonstrated not only an ability to continue to serve our clients but in almost every instance an ability to serve them better and more efficiently.
In fact, we have found that our ability to serve our clients has dramatically improved by leveraging technology to increase productivity, efficiency, and responsiveness across all of our internal, partner, and client interactions.

We continue to live in unprecedented and highly unpredictable times. With the ongoing uncertainty caused in part by COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, we are continually adapting our operations and businesses to ensure that we keep our clients, employees, consultants and partners safe and healthy and as importantly to continue to strive to find new and better ways to serve our clients. Providing a safe work environment for our employees and taking steps to keep our community safe continues to be essential to us.
Brick & West will continue to follow guidance from national and local governments as well as the WHO and CDC. Your wellbeing is important to us and as such we we continue implementation of the steps below to keep business running as safe and as healthy as possible:

- All staff has been tele-working since 3/16/2020 and will remain so indefinitely
- To the greatest extent possible, all client / consultant meetings have be switched to virtual meetings rather than in-person meetings. (Go-To-Meeting/WebEx/Zoom, etc.)
- We continue to rely heavily on and refine our collaboration innovations including Basecamp and Microsoft Teams to deliver even more robust, more efficient, and more responsive service for our clients and partners.
