Brick & West has been selected to partner with Wetta Ventures on a ground-up $5M restaurant development at the main entrance to the SkySong campus in South Scottsdale.
The SkySong building includes a 3,000 square -foot garden that is privately curated to supply the 12,000 square-feet of restaurant tenants with fresh produce. The building will ultimately be home to three to four local restaurants when complete.
The design of the building is contemporary and includes an expansive 45-foot cantilever on the east, which is designed to provide shade in the summer and allow for sunlight to be maximized during the colder winter months.
The huge outdoor space provides landscaping throughout the public open space and community dining areas under the cantilever making it the focal point of the project. This design is purposefully laid out to heighten social interaction and further the innovative spirit of SkySong.
