Brick & West has been retained to design the latest in the Postino family, Postino Highland. Upward Project’s 6th Postino will be located in an iconic mid-century modern building in downtown Scottsdale originally designed and built as a Valley National Bank branch.
As part of the project, the building and it’s grounds will be thoughtfully re-imagined with the goal to restore many of the original 1960’s design elements by peeling away many of the alterations that have been made to it over time.
When complete, Postino will have almost 4,000 square-feet of interior space as well as massive, landscaped outdoor patio enclosed by precast concrete site walls original to the building’s design. The distinctive design elements will create continuity and synergy from indoors to out, to take advantage of the best of Arizona’s climate.
Postino Highland is set to open in early 2016.
