A modern mixed-use project in downtown Chandler, Overstreet is a mixed-use project anchored by a Flix Brewhouse (a film theater with an in-house micro-brewery). Featuring commercial space for fitness, office, retail, and restaurant, the project spans an existing street, and completes the corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard at the gateway to downtown Chandler.
